"I have worked in a variety of settings including health retreats, massage clinics and The Gawler Foundation. The massage therapy I provide promotes relief from muscle tightness and emotional tension which often leads to backache, shoulder, hip and neck pain, headaches, fatigue, stress and anxiety.

Massage therapy tends to soften and mobilize muscles that have become tense and contracted encouraging circulation to congested regions of the body and in my experience I have found that regular massage has a profound effect for restoring balance, elevating you to an enhanced state of wellbeing.

I love my work and approach it with a sense of satisfaction seeing continually in my clients the beneficial impact of this ancient yet powerful form of natural healing.

For the past five years I have also had the privilege of working for The Gawler Foundation providing massage services for those afected by various forms of cancer and MS. This has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. The Gawler foundation program is built around the strategies Ian Gawler himself used in his battle with cancer. One component acknowledged by Ian on his remarkable road to recovery was the role and therapeutic effect of regular massage."
